1. Introduction
Welcome to Horizon Shine Mobile Detailing. By booking a service with us, you agree to the following Terms and Services. Please read them carefully before scheduling an appointment.
2. Services Offered
We provide professional mobile detailing services, including but not limited to:
• Exterior and interior detailing
• Paint correction and protection
• Ceramic coatings and wax applications
• Carpet and upholstery cleaning
• Other related automotive detailing services
Services are performed at the customer’s designated location, provided it meets our service requirements (adequate space, water, electricity, etc.).
3. Appointments and Cancellations
• Appointments must be scheduled in advance through our website, phone, or text.
• A deposit may be required to secure your booking.
• Cancellations & Rescheduling: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide notice may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the deposit.
4. Service Conditions & Customer Responsibilities
• The customer must provide access to the vehicle and ensure the service location is safe and legal for work.
• We are not responsible for valuables left inside the vehicle. Please remove personal belongings before service.
• Excessive dirt, pet hair, stains, or biohazard conditions (e.g., mold, bodily fluids) may incur additional charges or service refusal.
5. Payment & Pricing
• Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed. We accept [list payment methods].
• Prices may vary based on vehicle condition and service location. Final pricing will be confirmed upon inspection before work begins.
• Any additional charges for unexpected conditions will be communicated before proceeding.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee & Liability
• We strive for customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion so we can address your concerns.
• We are not liable for pre-existing damage, including but not limited to scratches, paint defects, or mechanical issues that arise during or after detailing.
• We use professional-grade products, but we are not responsible for damage caused by manufacturer defects, previous repairs, or aging materials.
6.1 Disclaimer – No Guarantee of Perfection
While we use professional techniques and high-quality products, we cannot guarantee a 100% flawless or “perfect” result. Some imperfections, deep scratches, permanent stains, or pre-existing damage may not be fully correctable. Our goal is to provide the best possible outcome based on the condition of the vehicle, but we make no warranties or guarantees of perfection.
7. Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances
• Services may be rescheduled due to severe weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you as soon as possible and offer an alternative appointment.
8. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service for any reason, including unsafe conditions, aggressive behavior, or non-compliance with our terms.
9. Changes to Terms & Services
We may update these Terms and Services at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website or upon request.
